Handmade Items:
As most of our items are individually hand made there is only one of each item available for sale, if two orders are received for the same item the first order will be processed, if payment for the second order has been processed a full refund will be made ASP.  If you selected to pay with the credit card method and the item is not available your credit card details will not be processed, but we will contact you to let you know the item was unavailable.

Shipping & Handling:
Items in stock will be shipped within 3 business days of comfimation of your Payment. Your jewelry item will then arrive within 7-9 business days and will require a signature upon delivery. All purchases over AUD $100 are sent to you via registered and insured post, unless notified otherwise. If items are not available, you will be notified immediately. Terms are pre-paid by Credit Card, Paypal, Money Order, or Direct Deposit to our Bank only.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International orders over AUD$100  will be sent registered and insured at a cost of AUD$15, all orders under $100 will be sent uninsured at a cost of AUD$5, If insurance is requested by you a further charge will be made to cover this cost.

International orders DO NOT attract the Australian GST tax.

AUSTRALIA

Within Australia your purchased item over AUD$100 will be sent by registered and insured Can take a few days! at a cost of AUD$8, all orders under $100 will be sent uninsured at a cost of AUD$2 by regular post, If insurance is requested by you a further charge will be made to cover this cost.

Australian purchases made and shipped within Australia will by LAW attract GST of 10%
