My name is David Benham and the owner of Origem I have two son's that work with me Ryan and Scott. So this is a family business which has  been  operating for more than 21 years, located 20km south of Adelaide in South Australia, within a days drive from Coober Pedy, Andamooka and about 18hrs drive to Lightning Ridge.
 Between us we cut and polish Opals and other Gemstones, specializing in Opal and Gemstone Carvings, our unique carvings are hand carved and polished to a very high standard we also take pride in our handcrafted Jewellery.
Carved Opal and Gemstones finished by us have been sold woldwide by Clients of ours, Especially Japan, Switzerland Germany and the USA.
